"It's Your Life, Your Move."
WHY NURSING? A better question is,"why not?" While job prospects in Michigan are diminishing, the health care field is growing rapidly. With nursing shortages predicted to become more severe, jobs for nurses are abundant, both in Michigan and across the nation. America's aging population makes the shortage of nurses even more acute as more and more people enter the years of increasing health care needs. As the demand rises for nurses, the need for auxillary personnel will also rise leading to increased demand for CNAs (Certified Nurse Assistants). A CNA can expect to find employment in many areas of health care, including long term care, specialty units, acute care hospitals, home care and hospice agencies and many more.
CHES, LLC believes that the CNA is a critical member of the health care team and one that demands excellent training. We offer the opportunity to receive a quality educational experience in obtaniing CNA training in central Michigan. Upon successful completion, this class prepares you to take the State of Michigan's Certified Nurse Assistant Examination. All classroom and laboratory sessions are conducted at the CHES facility located at 21996 Northland Drive, in Paris, Michigan. Also, a clinical component is provided by CHES instructors at a state approved SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility).
Our students achieve success on the state CNA test and are quickly hired due, in part, to the CHES, LLC philosophy. We believe that every person motivated to succeed can do so. We design our educational program, accordingly, tailored to individual student needs.
For example, we encourage students to return to CHES for a "refresher" session immediately prior to taking their state examination. No additional charge is assessed for this service. We simply believe that students benefit from a final opportunity to meet with an instructor to insure that their skills are at the highest level possible.
